How to Read Full Message Content with MCP

I got the MCP connected via Claude but it is telling me that the message content is truncated to 200 characters so it can’t read the full messages within a conversation. There isn’t a read_message tool or a flag to tell the MCP to return the full message content as far as Claude can tell after doing some probing. What am I missing? How do we read full message content within a conversation with the MCP?

Hey Javier, 2 questions:
1. Do you have any updates on this one? I’m trying to automate our recurring ticketing workflows
2. Since people who email a ticketing inbox for the first time aren’t automatically made into Contacts, the agent also doesn’t seem to have a way to see the email address of the person who sent in the ticket. Will that also be fixed in this update? Otherwise, the MCP is fairly useless — we can’t go look up their account or order history or do anything useful with their ticket.
